EU Regulation 2024/1028 timing: entry into force mid-2026. Each member state must set up its national register. For Luxembourg, the Ministry of Tourism will likely be the competent authority (to be confirmed in Mémorial A). Platforms (Airbnb, Booking) will have to transmit per-property nights to authorities.
